I have to agree with everyone here. Businesses don't show racial equality they will hire a caucasian over a dirfferent race even if the person is more right for the job then the caucasian. I also agree with geekay55 that whites do get paid more even if they have the same job as a person of anthor race.

I also agree that businesses do not support racial equality first due to statistic that bridget showed us that 71% of members on a board are white men and the rest of the 29% is women and minorities. this statistic show really stand out that there is a major lean towards furthering the point that there is racial inequality in businesses. I also agree that white men do have better opportunities due to the history of the U.s. which seems unfair because all races should have the chance to lead a succesful live based off a good education giving them a better chance to get hired for a higher ranked job.
